COMPANY FORMATION AND ADMINISTRATION
Century Trustees Ltd undertakes company formation and administration for companies in many jurisdictions. However we favour using Alderney Companies, as the new Companies (Alderney) Law 1994 is specifically designed to simplify both the formation and administration of the company while reducing administrative work. This ultimately results in reduced costs for the client in the day-to-day running of the company.
Company Director Roger Featherstone was actively involved in drafting the new Alderney Companies Law 1994. He is also the Chairman of the Alderney Company Law Advisory Committee
